About the Chef
After finishing cooking school, Valentino Vruna went on to work in renowned establishments such as L’Air du temps, which is awarded with two Michelin stars, as the maitre d’hôtel and chef. He continued his career as the pastry chef at Hostellerie du Postay in Verviers which has one Michelin star. In addition, he has als worked as a chef in several fine brasseries.
In October 2015 he started his own company, Taste-Eat, and vowed to only cook with fresh products that are prepared on the spot to ensure the highest quality of food possible.
